my take on summers "mint"

I'm not much a fan of color, if this blog speaks to anything it speaks to my lack of luster in my wardrobe and I wouldn't have it any other way, however when my mum and I went shopping she said I needed some colored sundresses for evenings in the sun.

I chose this "mint" colored Club Monaco dress which is so easy to wear, I paired it with my leopard print Barney's shoes and usually would top it off with a dark, crop denim jacket!

15 minutes of hell

Repeat the following exercises as many times as possible in 15 minutes. Do 10 reps each exercise.

Jump Squats
Butterfly sit ups
Burpees
Tricep push up
Switching jump lunges
Regular push up (dare you to not do a woman's...)

Then run or walk on a 4.5 or 4speed incline it to max for one hour!

Then die.

Biannca and I went on one of our usual Monday strolls around downtown and it is literally impossible for us to go anywhere without shopping.

Once upon a sunnysaturday that I actually had off my mum and I went shopping, for ice cream and a walk around the coal harbor seawall.

I wore an Etro top, Aritzia skirt, Chinese Laundry heels and Prada sunglasses.

Becks comes to Vancity

Friday was a very exciting day at Holt Renfrew Vancouver. Victoria Beckham made a special appearance to promote her clothing line.

She was as adorable and trendy as ever wearing a dress and carrying a day clutch of her own design and signature sky high Christian Louboutin heels.

If we weren't already in love with where our jobs in fashion can take us this was reassurance.

I wore my summerissima Christian Louboutin the the photo and the other shoes were Gucci loafers, Zanotti flats and Louboutin booties.
