15 minutes of hell

Repeat the following exercises as many times as possible in 15 minutes. Do 10 reps each exercise.

Jump Squats
Butterfly sit ups
Burpees
Tricep push up
Switching jump lunges
Regular push up (dare you to not do a woman's...)

Then run or walk on a 4.5 or 4speed incline it to max for one hour!

Then die.
